Founded by a group of technologies who have a combined experience of over
30 years, Q-FLEX INDUSTRIES (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. (28028-M) has been fast developing
into a force to be reckoned with in the rubber and elastomeric industries
both on domestic and foreign marketplaces.
Following its incorporation in 1993 with 100% locally-owned equities, the huge progress and potential growth of the Company has captured the attention of UNIMECH GROUP BERHAD and hence her acquistion of the Company in 1997 has contributed significantly to the Group's formal listing on Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange in July 2000.
With strong financial and corporate support from our Group, the Company has charted yet another milestone with the accreditation of ISO 9001 (2000) by BM TRADA (United Kingdom) for Quality Management System 9000 in August 2001. Armed with this strong endorsement of quality and commitment to achieving excellence, the Company has identified a number of business strategies aimed specifically to escalate her achievement to a new level.
